Legal information/end-user agreement

GeneSeeker is a service provided by the Centre for Molecular and Biomolecular Informatics (CMBI).
Data and/or results obtained from GeneSeeker are made available in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, and without any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The copyright holders and/or other parties provide the data and/or results "AS ARE", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the data and/or results is yours. Should any data and/or results prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
The server can be used freely under the conditions listed below. The centre withholds itself the right, at all times, to deny the access to the service.
All data, scripts, logos, graphics, text and/or code are the intellectual property of the centre (CMBI) and may not (as part or as a whole) be duplicated, copied, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted, or made public in any form or by any means, without the prior permission in writing from the Centre for Molecular and Biomolecular Informatics (CMBI), Toernooiveld 1, P.O. Box 9010, 6500 GL Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

Rules for use

GeneSeeker requires major computing resources. We ask you kindly to keep the amount of queries within normal proportions (no total genome scans, no more than 25 queries at one time, no more than 1000 queries per month). Abuse of the service will lead to denial of access.
