3D conformations |
Our goal is to develop web based supplementary material for courses
in Organic Chemistry.
In particular 3D structures and
animations are used to support the reasoning in the textbook.
Whereever applicable, 3D structures will be generated for manipulation on the screen. If it concerns conformational changes, an energy plot will accompany the structures. If the textbook claims that the anti conformation is more stable than the gauche, the student can verify this statement, and check it for other conformations not mentioned! |
