Reading CSD results in SYBYL
To read and display the structures you have found during
your CSD search in SYBYL proceed as follows:
- Start SYBYL
- Choose Analyse, Interfaces, Cambridge Database, Extract
- If you want to extract one individual entry from your file choose individual_entry, while
if you want to extract all entries choose all_entries.
- Select the .mol2 file which contains your data from an earlier CSD search.
- In case of reading individual entries, pick the desired entry and read it into
a display area. In case of reading all entries, every refcode is put in a different
display area (M1, M2, M3, ....)
- Proceed with SYBYL as usual.
