This tutorial will show you briefly how reactions can be searched in the RefLib database using ISIS/Base.
Upon activating RefLib, the following window will pop up:

Now suppose we want to know how we can reduce a ketone. To do so, we'll have to draw the minimum amount of information about how we can do that, as in figure 2

To submit a new query, first select the query button on top of the screen:
, and then go to Isis/Draw again. Here you can select all and
Cut.
Now it's your turn to find out what Diels-Alder reactions are possible with the following substructure: (figure 3)

screen. Here you can look for more complex functions, and some more examples
