AMPAC

AMPAC is another semiempirical program. The heritage of Michael Dewar's group at the University of Austin (hence AM1, Austin Model One) is now maintained by Andrew Holder and marketed by Semichem Inc.
It has a nice graphical user interface which will display reaction coordinates and vibrations. This GUI was used to display the racemization of octahelicene.
The Center has one 'personal' license for this package for testing.
